 ^{- Winch placed into manhole 1
 - Winch rods inserted into old pipe from manhole 1. and connected to head in
   manhole 2.
 - Head winched into old pipe, which is broken and displaced.
 - New pipe is located in shield on rear of head and held in place by simple
   tensioning device.
 - Head is again winched forward.  New pipes are snapped together behind the
   head as it is winched forward.
 - Above step is repeated until full length is in place.}
